MY STORY
First off- Hi, my name is Indira :)
Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved to bake. I remember my mom driving me to a bakery supply shop when I was about 10 years old so I could get cake decorations for my little sister’s birthday cake. I also remember my first baking “fail”, I added 1 tablespoon of salt instead of one teaspoon to a batch of muffins...my family got a not-so-sweet surprise 😊
In the past, I alternated between making birthday cakes & desserts and buying them. In 2021 I took a cake decorating class and a whole new creative world was opened to me. I loved the class and decided to open a cottage bakery. It makes me so happy to see the joy on a client’s face when they truly love what I have created for them. I love expanding my knowledge through new classes and test bakes. I am committed every day, to being a better baker than yesterday. I love living in the world of cake, frosting, and sprinkles!
